Hill workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran down to the hill at Bibury. Ran up it 3 times as hard as I could. My legs and lungs were burning half way up.

First time- 106 strides
SEcond time 107 strides
3rd time- 111 strides.

Then ran the slow gradual hill up Nilles hard to get back home.
