Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Going to see if morning pool workouts on Wed work out. It seemed to today. Got into the pool by 7:30 thanks to Blaire and Justine! Did 5 min warm up, wkt 1, 15 min aqua jog in deep end, wkt 2, 20 swim, 5 min cool down. Then I did 3 hammies and stretched in the shower briefly. Got to breakfast in time too :)
For the swim, I did underwater swimming every 4th lap, instead of six. Also it was kinda difficult to aqua jog in the old pool because it isnt that deep.
Should have enough time to recover today before the workout this afternoon.
