Comments:
Jogged to gym (.25 mi). Did w/u on treadmill, changed to flats. 20 min at 5:52 pace, 0.5 incline. shins felt pretty good, right a little sore after. Calfs and hamstrings a little tight from around 15 min on. Def felt the burn last quarter of run, but felt in control and propper-paced. 1.15 cool down on treadmill, .25 jog back. 5 strides, felt solid there.
