Comments:
Its been a couple months of running 25-30 miles a day but I have decided that I would like to run a few track races this spring. I go to Portland this weekend to visit Ken but when I come back I plan to start putting in some better milage. I hope to be in some sort of shape in Feb when I would like to run at the Kenyon home Meet. I also plan on running the 5k at unc charlotte. Once last time on my special track.
