Comments:
emma missed the workout yesterday, so i agreed to do a modified version of it with her today. warmed up for like 7 minutes, then did a 3 minute pickup, then jogged for a couple minutes, then a 5 minute pickup, then jog, then a 4 minute pickup, then jogged for most of the rest of the run, then a quick like 30 second pickup, then cooldown. the pace was really moderate for me, but I think it was just right for her. glad i could help a teammate out, and stretch my legs a little too! :)
