Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Started out today with the full steeple drills. Did a little warm up inside. I guess I cant run before them which is kinda tough. The drills were good. It felt natural, and I am stoked. My back was kinda tight and sore, but the mobility was surprisingly good.

After the drills, Nick and I tried to fit in a run. Wasnt as long as I would have liked, but I wouldnt have made it back in time. Went to the shoe tree then looped around northside. Knee was hurting a little bit at the end on the pavement, but my back was fine.

Got back, did hips and 3 hammies. No need for back I guess. Then stretched, showered and raced over to grab it. Do abs later tonight when I ice.

It was a tight squeeze today. I think I am going to run after BME so I can get a lunch. Ill do all my rehab after the drills, and then have time to do abs and stuff.
