2 mile warm up, plyos then hurdle drills, 800m of ins and outs, 5 x 1200 3:42, 3:44, 3:44, 3:43, 3:46 w/ 2 mins rest. 2 mile cool down. ran with dave at macomb. breathing was ok but legs were pretty tired.
