Comments:
12x 200m hills with Andrea and Megan. Nice surprise when we were thinking we were doing 10x 400m hills. Andrea shared some words of wisdom. And by shared, I mean yelled, just as we were passing a family with a little kid. Not that little, but it was still funny.
