hill repeats

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a hill run today on Mayfield. The roads are clearing up a little bit. Lucky Coach went out and cleared the sidewalk, so the hill wasnt bad at all. Warmed up up Edgehill, then to little italy, did 12 x 200 at regular pace (thru in reverse indian sprints to mix it up) then a cool down through northside with Ethan S. Last 1/2 mile on the indoor track. Knee was feeling not great before, but I didnt really notice it by the end. Back and hips were good on the hill.

Did abs before everyone got back, then went down and lifted. Did the Day 3 mid distance lift. I guess ill do the lifts on Monday and Friday. Not much weights and it was tough to do the lateral walks... Ill work on up. Stretched as a big group then raced over to Fribs right before it closed!
