Comments:
45 min run, with 6min tempo in middle. This run was probably my first super sluggish run of winter track. I could not get out of my slug-mode. Super sore, side ache...yeah. hahahaha, but when I think about it painful runs are kinda funny....and i dunno why, but they are. :D
