Once again, 6x400 at between 65 and 70. I felt and did a lot better than last time, so that's good. Unfortunately, the new Vic trainers gave me a pretty bad blister on the back of my ankle, so I had to cooldown barefoot. It wasn't that bad; a pretty interesting experience, actually. I didn't run all of the recoveries fully, since some of that time was spent trying to procure a bandage for my blister.
