Had my doctors appointment for my knee. Turns out I have patellar tendonitis woooohooo! I had been limping on it for the past week so I was forced to go see a doctor. Gave me anti inflammatory meds, told me to ice it a few times a day and to do this stretching routine twice a day. Cant run for a month. DAMN IT. Hopefully I can bike in two weeks after checking in with the doctor. I can still lift thought, so I will probably do that to get at least some sort of a workout. Not too happy about this whatsoever, but Im glad it isn't during the season...
