Comments:
Felt good. No pain through the tempos and actually felt strong. Ran the easy part after alternating various incline and decline settings and after 2 k decline I was sore. I know I need to train downhill but will prob stay away from that for next fee weeks. Feel ok now but wOrried I'll be sore tomorrow. First real quality run since the injury. Hopefully not too much. 2
