Comments:
colder than i would have liked, the wind was killer on the way back. south in the park. goal was 10 miles at 45sec to 1 minute slower than goal pace (7:08/mile pace slow end). actually met this goal without a whole lot of difficulty. proud of myself for actually getting in the full 10 miles.
