Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
we ran a workout similar to the one from last monday, except, as the title might suggest, i ran 4 mile repeats, at 5:20ish pace, with only 1min rest btwn. i was a little skeptical as to whether i'd make it through, but it went well:
2 mile warm up
5:22, 5:19, 5:28, 5:22
4 mile cool down
the first two felt great, i hadn't started to get tired. the third was into the wind, and so was slower and more tiring. i started to feel sore right at the beginning of the fourth one and i had to convince myself that i could get through the last one. it was pretty rough, but chris and grogan pulled me through. i was really happy with the workout though, that i could mentally get myself through when my body wanted to shut down.
it was a long cooldown, but i need the miles this week, and i felt good about it. afterward, day1 wk2 lift, stretching static 2, eagle 2x 15, hips x15, ice bath 10:00.
