Weather: 58, a bit windy, 10am.
Comments:
Ran two miles up. Switched into flats, jogged .75 miles from neff to chapel, doing some light drills on the way. went from catholic chapel to psd corner for roughly 1k (maybe .98/99, so I'll add 2 sec below). 2:30-2:40 recovery jog. 3:11, 3:13, 3:15, 3:15, 3:14.
felt decently easy, didn;t go to the well. breathing got tight towards the end of last 2, got a little side stictch on right side. legs muscles a little sore right afterwards, good sore. right lower shin a little sore, bad sore, after. felt ok after icing.
