Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
A regular Tuesday pool workout. Started with 5 min kick, wkt 1, 20 min aqua jog, wkt 2, then 10 min of underwater swimming in the shallow end (stroke down, underwater back). Then did a 5 min warmdown. Felt great in the pool and when I got out.
Did hips, back, and hammies after. Felt pretty tight from that. Just stretched after. I'll do abs aftr running.
