Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
got to the gym after breakfast, thought i might have to run alone, but chris showed up. we ran up north park to warrensville center, and back along south park. i was feeling kinda rough on the way, still feeling my breakfast heavy in my stomach, but on the way back i got into a rhythm and felt a lot better.
the last 100m of the run we kinda strode in, so that counted as a strider, but then we did five more on the indoor track, each one a little faster than the last.
some stretching, hurdle walkover routine, static 3, bear pillar, hipsx15, 4x 25pushups
