elongated eastside crossover: Texas Style

Comments:
Felt really tight before this run. I was trying to stretch during BME, but overall I was still feeling it. Waited around for a while, but ended up just going out with Robert. Basically did an elongated eastside crossover, but instead went up cedar and then turned around at superior. Felt pretty good, Robert kept the pace up. Definitely felt looser at the end. Knee was feeling a little swollen in the middle miles.

Got back, did 6x100 striders on the track. These actually felt really good. I was cruizing along. The stretched pretty well and did abs with Robert. Swim in the morning tomorrow then workout in PM.
