Comments:
Today was a ridiculous ice storm in bethlehem. All day I slid around and almost ate shit going down the mountain to Rite Aid and back up. We had to practice on the indoor track, guys and girls all at once. Because it was so crowded, we had to do 600 and 400 repeats in lane 6. Coach had to estimate our distance, and it was probably a bit long. 600 times were:

64 - me and sam lead this one, putting on a serious kick show at the end, with me doing a Marquis Woodyard across the finish line.
Our total mileage was around nine for the day including warmup and cool down. We jogged 800 between each interval. I felt great afterwards.
