Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Treadmill 3 minute intervals (3minutes by 7) averaging paces between 5:39-5:52 with a couple of the intervals going for 4 minutes. Recovery was 3 minutes in between. Treadmill shut down on me at about 27 minutes in, had to transfer onto another treadmill and ran approx. 28 minutes. Workout intervals were great and felt strong. I'm guessing close to 9 miles for the workout?
