Comments:
10 minute jog to sedgewick, 8 striders, then ran the hill 4 times. timed it: roughly 1:41, 1:49, 1:47, and 1:38 (from the base of the hill to the end of the sprint at springdale road). it felt easier the more I did (I often find that with hills). the last one was also much easier and faster because Maya and I ran absolutely side by side the entire way up, which really helped both of us :)
then 10 minutes home
