Comments:
deeeeeaamn! I forgot what it was like to workout! 6 miler with 3x400+ (.3 miles) repeats. ran them hard, lots of lactic acid and hard breathing. Tough workout and can't wait to do it again. course starts and finishes down hill and has a total of 5 good hills.
