2 up from 659 around to oclub. Began tempo. 5:52-5:53-5:53-2:25 for 20 min at 3.4 miles. Felt pretty solid, slight side stitch/cramp last 4-5 minutes but felt in control. shins felt pretty good, a little general soreness after but not bad. included 5 x striders on cooldown home.
