Comments:
I originally planned on running 3 miles in 8 min pace. But i felt really good after about 2 mins and ran 7:30 pace. Then i kicked the last 2 mins in 6 min pace. With a short cool down. For intents and purposes i'm going to say i just ran 7:30 the whole way though. Then did a hard ab workout. Good day all in all.
What i ate the night before: chicken wrap
How much sleep: 8hrs
Ran with: I used a treadmill
