Hurdles walkthroughs

Comments:
Did all the steeple stuff this morning. Did a half mile warm up first. We stepped up the height on the walk overs this time. Also didn't do the combined walk overs on any of the heights. I was sore but after a while I was getting into the groove. Sore and tight after ward. Didn't hurt but just got "used up" first. Stretched and did abs after. I'll do hips back and hammies after the run this afternoon.
