Comments:
The race wasn't as good a time as last Oberlin, but I felt like I worked harder and was mentally stronger. Next race - know the course so I can feel like I know the big picture! Break it up. Also - I was tired in terms of CARDIO and ARMS - not legs. Weird. Maybe it meant my body was not as overall healthy as it could be? Or is it good when my limit comes from my lungs and not my muscles?

Good job everyone! The guys did well too - it was sad that Matt was sick but all of them put their bodies on the line completely. Their races were more impressive than mine for sure.
