coach decided to tel us at 3:15 that we had a 4:30 meeting on the other side of the mountain. Since we were on our own today, I ran around the mountain to get ten miles in before the meeting with Sam, Ryan, and Russ. Felt pretty relaxed. At the meeting it was revealed that I will be competing in the mile saturday and the 3000 at the dual. New Balance is the weekend after that. Looks like I have a full plate ahead of me. I will need to keep getting lots of sleep.
