Lifted weights and for an hour and did a crunch progression in PE ( I get to do this since I can't participate because of my knee, so I'm lucky that way. Until I can bike/run again, I'm gonna focus on my upperbody and core. I plan to lift 5 days a week and do a crunch progression every day...between icing, meds and stretching for 30+ minutes every day, knee has significant progress (ish)
