Exercise Type: Swim

So Sad that Running Log is still down… Anyways hit up the pool at the regular time. I was very tired last night and fell asleep before all the shenanigans. In the pool, did 5 min kick, 35 swim, 5 min cool down. It was boring, but I felt fine not very tired from it, but good strengthening of muscles. After, did hips, back, and hammies. Then stretched and did abs while chatting with Mike Vaughn. Legit.
