Speed Workout @ Bates

Comments:
A pretty good workout. 8x200 with 200 rests in between, and a quick water stop every 2 200s because of the dry air. My ultimate goal is to be able to run this workout with consistent 30 second intervals. I was doing pretty well in that regard for the first half, where I ran 30, 31, 30, 30, but the second half was when the lactic acid kicked in, and I ran 31, 32, 32, 32 for those ones. Once again, I was having trouble on the curves, so I was going much faster on the straightaways. In fact, I suspect this may be why I've been having trouble in the 800m lately. Anyway, I'll work on that.

Also, the cooldown was barefoot again. Felt good.
