Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Toe still hurting while I was walking around campus. Felt fine in the pool though. Did the classic: 5 min warm up, wkt 1, 20 min aqua jog, wkt 2, 10 min underwater, 5 min cool down.
After, did hips, back and hammies in the training room. I will see how toe feels later, and might talk to doctor in coming days if it isnt feeling better. all the exercises felt fine though. Back upstairs to stretch and roll, some L7, then ice. Icing with a foot is a lot colder than an icebath!
