something different to change up things for monday. instead of doing 3 times 10:00, we did 15:00, 3:00 rest, 10:00, 2 minute rest, and 5:00 minutes at tempo like pace. sort of an up down workout. coach bumped me up with ethan and chris wade, based on my race saturday. did well for the 15:00 minute section, stuck right with them and felt good, then on the 3 minute rest i started to get a cramp, and i couldn't really shake it before we started, managed to do about 6:30ish right with ethan and chris, but ended up finishing behind them. on the last one, the cramp dissipated and i kind of just pushed through it, chris and ethan made me lead the group to help me stick with them and it helped. probably a little longer than 5 for the whole workout, because we were at 5:35 to 5:45 pace and we were definitely on the high end for it. i was a little sore overall from saturday, but really wasn't as bad as i was expecting.
