Surprise! Mile time trial. Felt alright. PR but then again I have never ran a mile. In a three mile I ran a 6:59. Felt really good for the 200s. Especially the 300. I was flyin for that one. For the Cooldown my upper back and shoulders were sore though. Calf Walk.
