Comments:
sometimes when my legs are really sore, i like to go out for a hard 8. the idea is that it's cathartic, and helps shake out the soreness. i don't know that it has ever worked. nevertheless, i did it. immediately afterward i felt fine, but the tightness in my calves sunk in later.
around the second lake and back. just under 7s out, well under on the way back. i'm a little skeptical that this was 8, but i guess i was going pretty hard.
