long run

today i decided to forgo the usual cross-training sunday for a long run, making my weekly mileage easier to maintain. i can swim later in the week if i want to.
ran with corey and little joe. up north park to shelburne to warrensville. i led the run, and i was trying to recreate one that i did with peter and nick hewitt earlier this year, when there wasn't any snow on the ground. it worked pretty effectively. i don't think it was quite 12 though, so i'll log as 11.5.

afterwards, hurdle walkovers, static 2, ibis x40, hips x15. my calves are starting to feel better.
