Comments:
5 minute warm up at PG sports plex on the outdoor track.

did some minor stretches but not much. Started hill repeats.

they felt good to be doing something that quick again, prob shoulda stretched/warmed up more.

8/8, didn't get tired till #7, but it wasnt much.

than went and jogged around, did about 20 minutes or more. later in the day i started to feel sore, maybe half way through the meet. did push ups before bed.

good workout, was just too cold and had a meet to run too long.
