Comments:
Did 4 sets of 3x200. 200 jog in between each rep, 400 jog in between each set.
Felt sick, but it was awesome getting the rust off the engine.
200's:31,32,31;32,32,31;32,31,32;32,31,31
I also included the meters spent jogging back to the start..i dunno if i should but it gets the mileage up a little.
