Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Early wake up, but again I had motivation to get out the door and cannonball into the pool. Same as last week, 10 min warm up, 15 min aquajog, 15 min swim, 5 min cool down. Lunges and not too much stretching in the shower. On the swim I didnt do underwater swim, but I did 2 strokes between each breath. It was tiring. I felt worked out by the end. Toe still hurts walking around. Hit the bike today, and if the swelling and pain dont go down ill talk to the doctors.
