Bike workout: on the outside looking in

Toe got better today walking around. It didnt hurt, tested it on the warm up and it was legit, but it wasnt safe to do the work out on the track. Jumped on the spin bike and watched everyone else as they threw it all on the track.

3 x 3 min w/ 1:30 rest
3 x 1:30 min w/ 30 sec rest
3 x 30 sec w/ 30 sec rest

Tried hard to go hard and stay hard. It was tough on the bike but I felt like I did the well. Killed it on the last 30 seconds ones. Back was cracking on the bike. Kinda weird. After stretched around, the went down for lifting. It was squats, pushups, arm raises that sort. Felt really strong and I upped the weights. Back upstairs for more stretching, rolling, abs, L7 and icing.

I am tired. See whats up tomorrow with hurdles and the run...
