Hurdle drills

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Toe was feeling ok on the half mile warmup. We went through and did all the warm ups. Did less walkthroghs ( three) then we did jog throughs. I knocked dOwn one on the second height, and got kicked out of Practice. Missed lead leg and did another half mile on the track. Thought it was a little harsh. I know that it's a deterrent from hitting the barrier, but it would be better to do more then get kicked out. I won't knock down another.

Static 2 abs l7 and ice with David after. Toe feels ok so I'll head out for a run after class. Do hips and stuff afterwards.
