Comments:
Came back after class to finish up. Ran 3 miles on the treadmill to avoid the indoor track. Was going to do strides but the sprinters were using up the whole thing and I'm still wary with the achillies. I'll probably start them up again next week if things with my left tendon keep going like they're going now.
