eastside crossover w/ cedar

Comments:
After the meetings, a large group of people were ready to run. We all started out together, but at the top of Cedar, the boys split off from the girls for a manly adventure. We actually just headed out on an eastside crossover. Steve turned around early, and Aaron and Nick turned around after that, so it was just John and I. I felt pretty good we kept a nice pace and I stayed upright and strong.

Got back, and just stretched and did abs, iced for a little bit, then went to northside for the pasta party (and Millrose games). The exercises were minimal afterward, and I felt tight walking over. Hopefully icing and a good night sleep will make me ready for early long run tomorrow!
