Comments:
57.7 - first 400 of my life went better than expected. probably half a second lost to a bad handoff. didnt feel "clunky" at all like i usually do sprinting in practice - the spikes help a ton. my stride felt really good. i really love these spikes, they're so minimal and light they make running on a track feel like downhill. im starting to consider using something other than my trainers for track workouts.
