Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Lunch Matrix in my room, a good while later we ran
Tempo run, met up with the guys, Randal, David, David, James, Amir, Me.
Did the inner loop up the hill, saw some girl up ahead, thought we would catch her but she started rolling, David, James, and me were chilling everyone else went quick on WU.
Did some light stretches, tried to stay dynamic-ish.
David and I went down poplar, and to graveyard, when passing the school my legs started to feel tired and I was like ohh shit... but started to open up in the Graveyard, tempo went ok overall, its like my 5th day of serious running. A lot hillier than I was expecting
