Comments:
Very hard run with wade and lamb. 3 mile warmup, 800m near race pace, 6x400 across the field with 1 min recovery, 1200m near race pace then 6x350 with 1 min rest, then 3 mile fartlek cool down. Hard day but this will help prepare me for college.
