Comments:
I ran the 400 in the DMR and the 4x800 too. Austin started off strong in the 1200 and got us in 4th. He coulda ran faster but he wanted to save energy for the 2 mile. I ran a 54...season PR. Someone passed me but I passed someone else so I stayed in 4th. Eric ran 2:09....lost a position. And Gavin ran 5:07 and we got 9th. If Josh ran the mile, I ran the 800, and Shawn ran the 400 we would of been under 10:00. The 4x800 was crap for all of us. 2:09's all around.
