Weather: Chilly the wind was biting on the way back
Comments:
Ran pretty much the same route I did last week except this time I added a little bit extra by the turn around to make it a full 16 miles. It ended up working out great and being just a tad long. Ran alone and just tried to stay smooth and run easy. Felt good though considering the meet yesterday. I'm pretty tired now that its donw though. Pretty good long run for the week.
