Feel the burn

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: incredible all day, really sad we couldn't have done the workout at 2ish when the sun was still out and the sky was perfect though

Comments:
Woke up a whole lot less tight than the last couple days, so i was somewhat excited for the workout. After the 2nd k i started to feel tight again though, the 8's even more so, just strode the 200s. Also had some tum-tum issues right about when we got on the track.

1000s felt really good, we were moving pretty fast, and i finally had that burning feeling in my legs that was around a couple weeks ago, so i feel like i'm really pushing myself again, and will hopefully remember that feeling come race time. The darkness came over us pretty quickly, and i was pretty much terrified of blowing up my ankle every time i landed on my right foot, so sorry for complaining and yelling at anyone.

One last note: the workout mascot today was awesome.
