cross train and steeple drills

biked half an hour before i went downstairs to do steeple drills with coach. today was the first day that we did lead/trail leg while jogging. it felt good. i was able to get into a rhythm and get over the hurdles. i only knocked one over when i turned my knee a little much. i didn't have anything afterward, so i was able to sit around, do abs and L7 for a while too.
